Ms. Theresa Guadagnino joined the OLM staff as our third grade teacher. She received her Master of Arts in Elementary Education, Masters of Science in Special Education, and her Bachelors of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from Quinnipiac University. Theresa has gained valuable experience in various educational settings. She spent 5 ½ years working in a Early Child Care center, where she had the privilege of caring for children and managing a dedicated team of staff members. Theresa also holds experience in teaching religious education at Saint Therese Church in North Haven, CT. Furthermore, she has had the opportunity to complete her student teaching and to serve as a long-term substitute teacher in previous positions in North Branford, CT. This experience allowed her to further develop instructional skills, adapt to different classroom dynamics, and build strong relationships with students. She is committed to providing a dynamic and engaging teaching environment that encourages students to take risks and further their thinking.
