Mrs. Bonfiglio joined OLM in April 2024 as the 5th grade teacher. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Endicott College, Master of Science in Teacher Leadership from Quinnipiac University, and Sixth Year Certificate from American College of Education through Learner’s Edge. She has taught in New Haven, Somers, Manchester, and Plainville in the grades of 2nd, 4th, and 5th. These teaching experiences have supported her teaching growth in curriculum, content, relationship building, and classroom management. She strives to create a positive, safe, trusting, and inclusive environment where all students feel valued, are comfortable, strive to their absolute best, and take risks to challenge themselves. Her passion for learning and teaching is evident and helps her students become life-long learners. She is excited to be a part of the OLM community.
