Outside Learning Matters here at OLM Prep. Our summer day camp offers experiences that combine fun, learning, and outside exploration all in one! Our program offers age appropriate experiences for students from as young a preschool to as old as middle school, with counselor in training opportunities!
Exploration
Outside Learning Matters offers children the opportunity to connect with nature, explore the outdoors and develop a deeper appreciation for the environment. We encourage physical activity, friendship, and creativity in a natural setting for social interaction and teamwork. The outdoor environment fosters hands-on learning and practical skills, while also helping children develop resilience and independence. Each week students have the opportunity to engage in enrichment activities that match the weekly camp theme.
PreK-Kindergarten Campers
Campers in our PreK - Kindergarten age group experience a variety of opportunities where they engage in enrichment activities that match the weekly theme. Some activities include: cooking/baking class, gardening, STEM activities, water play, arts etc.
1st - 5th Grade Campers
Our 1st through 5th graders age group, offering a perfect mix of activities to spark creativity, inspire curiosity, and encourage teamwork. Each day is packed with exciting activities like nature exploration, arts and crafts, fun science experiments, team sports, and water play! At this age campers get the chance to try new things, create relationships, and build memories all while being guided by our experienced and enthusiastic camp leaders.
