Heather

Beasley '24

Heather Beasley is excelling at Choate, taking Honors Geometry, Intro to Literature, Physics, and Spanish I. She enjoys Intro to Literature the most, fostering her love for reading and writing. Beyond academics, she is a multisport athlete, competing in freshman soccer, with plans for basketball and track. She is deeply involved in extracurriculars, including the Black Student Alliance, Africanah Club, Choate for Women, The Body Project, and the Environmental Action Coalition. Heather’s diverse interests in academics, athletics, and social causes highlight her dedication to personal growth and community engagement, embodying the values instilled at OLM Prep.

Jake

Marino '21

Jake Marino is a high-achieving student at Xavier, excelling in AP Computer Science, AP US History, and nine AP courses overall. He is President of the Xavier National Honor Society and founder of its Computer Science Honor Society. An AP Scholar with Honors, he also received the Brother Celestine Medal for academic excellence. Jake plays varsity lacrosse, serves as an assistant youth lacrosse coach, and participates in leadership roles such as Peer Minister and Investment Club President. He has attended prestigious programs at Harvard and Bentley, furthering his academic and professional aspirations in finance and technology.


Vlad

Coric '23

Vlad Coric transitioned smoothly from OLM Prep to Daniel Hand High School, where he continues to excel academically in honors courses. He has built strong friendships while maintaining a balanced involvement in athletics, playing basketball and baseball as a freshman, with plans to compete in golf. OLM Prep’s strong academic foundation and supportive environment helped prepare him for high school success. Vlad appreciates the valuable lessons he learned at OLM, which continue to guide him in his academic and extracurricular endeavors.

Julianna Picard '21

Julianna Picard, a 2021 OLM Prep graduate, has excelled in both academics and athletics. At Sacred Heart Academy, she earned multiple MVP titles in cheer, hockey, and softball. Recognized as SCC Girls Ice Hockey Player of the Year and an All-State First Team selection, she transferred to The Taft School to further her academic and athletic career. As a Taft student, she captains the varsity softball team and plays varsity ice hockey. She balances rigorous coursework, including Honors US History and Pre-Calculus, while serving as a tour guide and active Christian Bible Study member.

Aria

Trotta '19

Aria Trotta, a 2019 OLM Prep graduate, flourished at The Gunnery, excelling in academics and extracurriculars like varsity lacrosse, rowing, and serving as Gunn Society president. She earned a music award and the Norman R. Lemcke, Jr. Scholarship. Now a sophomore at Wesleyan University, she double majors in Biology and Economics while competing as a coxswain on the women’s rowing team, finishing as a national runner-up. She also serves on the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, working on NCAA regulations and community engagement. Aria credits OLM Prep for shaping her academic and athletic success through high school and beyond.

Mackenzie Kielb '24


Mackenzie Kielb demonstrated academic excellence early, scoring among the top seven on the Mercy entrance exam and earning a scholarship. She takes all honors classes, with a strong passion for science and Spanish. She is a dedicated member of the Ambassadors Club, helping new students transition into Mercy. An accomplished gymnast, she will bring her talents to the Mercy Gymnastics Team in the winter season. Mackenzie continues to build on the strong foundation developed at OLM Prep, embracing new academic and athletic challenges while contributing to her school community.

Will

Sauer '23


Will Sauer, a 2023 OLM Prep graduate, continues his academic and athletic success at Xavier High School. A high honors student, he contributed to Xavier’s 2023 State Champion Cross Country team and competes on the JV Ultimate Frisbee team. Dedicated to service, Will is an Eagle Scout applicant, having led a fence restoration project at the Henry Whitfield Museum. His commitment to leadership extends to mentoring young campers as a CIT at OLM Prep Day Camp. Will's academic, athletic, and service-oriented achievements reflect his drive and well-rounded character, shaped by his formative years at OLM Prep.

Anna

Bauer '24

Anna Bauer, OLM Prep's Valedictorian and recipient of the President's Award, was a Varsity Basketball player, Student Council Treasurer, and an active member of the OLM Outreach Club. She introduced Operation Christmas Child to OLM and plans to continue the project at Sacred Heart Academy, where she is a recipient of the Sr. Antonine Signorelli Scholarship. At Sacred Heart, Anna is taking Honors Geometry, Biology, and English, while participating in Campus Ministry, Handbell Choir, the Excelsior Club, and the Medical Research Club. She also plans to try out for the freshman/JV basketball team.
